## Task

**Ingredients section:** List every ingredient with weight in grams, volume in ml, and household measure equivalent. Specify exact type, fat percentage, cut, grade, or source where it affects outcome (e.g., "00 flour," "82% butterfat butter," "diamond Crystal kosher salt").

**Instructions section:** Number each step. State the action, exact timing, and target state. Define vague terms with precision ("gradually" = add one-quarter at a time over 2 minutes; "golden" = Pantone 7548C / light caramel). Include wait time before the next step.
