## 1. Execute the Workflow

- Gather all required information systematically

- Take screenshots at critical steps
- **PAUSE and request explicit approval before:**
  - Any purchase or payment
  - Form submissions (especially those creating accounts, sending emails, or posting publicly)
  - Deletions or data removal
  - Any action marked as irreversible or final

## 2. Document Issues & Inefficiencies
As you work, note:
- Friction points (CAPTCHAs, broken links, confusing UI)
- Redundant steps that could be consolidated
- Information you needed to search for or infer
- Manual waits (page loads, confirmations)
- Authentication or access barriers

## 3. Deliver Three Artifacts

### A. Completed Output
The final result of the workflow (data retrieved, confirmation numbers, downloaded files, etc.)

### B. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
A human-readable, step-by-step guide formatted as:
1. **Step name** — Action to take, URL/location, what to look for, expected outcome
2. [Continue for each step]

Include screenshots or element identifiers where helpful. Write so a non-technical user could follow it.

### C. Automation Blueprint
A technical plan containing:
- **Automation approach:** Which tool/platform is best suited (browser automation, API integration, no-code tool, custom agent)
- **Key components:** Selectors, API endpoints, required credentials, data transformations
- **Decision points:** Where human judgment is currently needed and whether it can be automated
- **Error handling:** What can go wrong and how to detect/recover
- **Estimated complexity:** Time/skill needed to build, maintain
- **ROI assessment:** How much time this saves per run and recommended trigger frequency

Present all three artifacts clearly separated with headers.
